The Swan crew teamed up with the Aith Lifeboat team last night for a towing training exercise in the waters around Aith.
It was a beautiful sunny night and the exercise was a great collaboration between the two agencies to enable vital training for the lifeboat crew and a great additional experience for Swan's own regular and volunteer crew members.
Swan is in Aith this week delivering sail training experiences for pupils at Junior High School, kindly supported by Cooke Aquaculture.
The boat will take a public day trip to Papa Stour this weekend and on moving to Walls Pier next week to deliver school trips, will run two day trips to Foula next weekend. Limited spaces are still availble to book.
Nick McCaffery was on hand to take these stunning shots of both vessels - our thanks to Nick for supplying these.
